Synopsis : At 4:00 pm today, the eye of Typhoon "RAMIL" (LUPIT) {0920} was located based on radar, satellite and surface data at 180 kms East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.4°N, 123.4°E) with maximum winds of 160 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 195 kph. It is forecast to move West Southwest at 13 kph.
