Synopsis : At 2:00 a.m., today, Tropical Depression "TINO" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 150 kms East Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora (17.0°N, 123.5°E) with maximum winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move West Southwest at 11 kph.

Synopsis : At 4:00 pm today, the center of Typhoon "SANTI" (MIRINAE) {0921} was located based on satellite and surface data at 230 kms East of Infanta, Quezon (14.8°N, 124.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 150 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph. It is moving West Southwest at 24 kph.
